Shipping Policy
We are currently experiencing pick-up and delivery delays with USPS. Because of this, we do not guarantee shipping times.
Orders placed by 3PM CST will generally be shipped same day - Monday through Friday. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.

Expedited shipping times apply once the package is picked up by the carrier, and does not include processing and packaging time. If you need expedited shipping we highly recommend using the shipping calculator available on the courier's website to insure your package will arrive when you wish it to. Our last pick-up of the week occurs on Friday at 4:00PM. Orders made after 3PM CST on Friday will ship the following week. *Holiday hours may change shipping times.
Please note that once the package is picked up by the carrier, Legacy Skates KC cannot be held responsible for damage, loss or theft. If you would like greater peace of mind, please utilize Route at checkout. Route charges a nominal fee to protect your purchase in the event the package is damaged, lost or stolen. *Terms and conditions apply. Please read for more information: Route Protection Policies. If you opt out of Route package protection, Legacy Skates KC will not be liable for refund, replacement or reimbursement of your purchase. Please note that all claims MUST be filed by the receiver and the case number must be provided so we can assist in providing documents for the claim.
